Return & Refund Policy

At Le Papillon Bras, we want you to love your lingerie/ accessory purchase as much as we do! To ensure the highest standards of quality and product hygiene, all returns/ refunds must be approved and meet the following guidelines.

Returns

  • 14-Day Window: Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Merchandise must be in original condition (new, unworn, unwashed, and free of perfume/deodorant residue), with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Receipt or order number required.
  • Final Sale Items: Clearance, promotional items, and gift cards cannot be returned/ refunded.

(For hygiene reasons, items with scent, stains, or product residue will be respectfully declined.)

 

How to Return

1.     Email Us: Send your request to lpb@lepapillonbras.com with subject line:
"Return/Refund Request: [Order #]" for fastest processing.

2.     Approval: We’ll respond within 24- 48 business hours (if eligible) with instructions.

3.     Ship Back: Send your package to: 12530 Fairwood Parkway, Suite 102, Bowie, MD 20720.

Note: Returns initiated without this subject line may experience delays.

 

Non-Returnable or Exchangeable Merchandise

  • Final sale items (marked "non-returnable" at purchase)
  • Custom/personalized orders
  • Gift cards
  • Shipping costs

For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on

·      Intimate apparel with hygiene seals removed

  • Nipple covers and boob adhesive tape

Refunds

  • Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days of return approval. Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take a few days to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges

For fastest service:

  1. Return the original item (following steps above).
  2. Place a new order—we’ll prioritize processing.
